At one point or another, every church has hard stale soil as well as new soil that must be broken so the fresh seed of the Gospel can be planted. Only then can we produce the Kingdom results God desires to see in us and through us.

How do we plow?

Plowpoint equips you, as a congregation, to become the church God desires you to be and to accomplish the work God has called you to do. We do this by assessing your situation and offering any or a combination of the following services to address your specific needs:

Leadership Retreats

Every staff and leadership team needs sacred space and time to "push away" or retreat to focus on the key questions: "Who are we and what is God calling us to do?"

Plowpoint's Congregational Health Specialists facilitate and equip your staff and/or key leaders to form and ultimately perform as a team according to God's vision and calling for your ministry. However, instead of simply "getting you through," we equip you to utilize a biblical process that can be applied repeatedly throughout your ministries. Additionally, we work with you to design the retreat format and content to meet your specific needs.
