The calling and life of a pastor is both sacred and scary, in demand and demanding, longed for yet lone. As pastors tend to God's people, too often they fail to tend to themselves resulting in their being poorly fed, exhausted, and sometimes misled.
Shepherd Care is a year-long journey to bring wholeness and holiness to the personal lives and ministries of pastors and their congregations. The program is designed to equip and empower pastors to be healthy and effective shepherds among the flock by addressing the spiritual, physical, and relational needs of clergy.
Components

Help provide Salary Support for pastors and Educational Support for pastor's families in Liberia
Due to the continuing effects of the Liberian Civil War, pastors in this West African nation often make due without any salary support at all. Although the war is over and a fairly elected president is in office, most members of churches have no opportunity for employment.
In the Monrovia District the average pastor's salary is $50 per month. The range stretches from $250 to $10 per month. Help us provide support for these pastors. Plowpoint is training local leaders to offer Shepherd Care for pastors. But it still costs Plowpoint to offer this training and the pastors still need some income.
Your gifts to Plowpoint for Liberian pastors will help provide salary support and Shepherd Care.

Care for the flock of God entrusted to you... lead them by your good example.
